What does your job entail?
Handling all aspects of automotive replevin and collateral recovery, including opposing 3^rd party claims against Creditor’s interest and Title disputes/fraud.

My mentor and expert in the auto replevin practice for over 40 years, Michael D. Vanlochem.

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career in this industry?
Leveraging technology is the key to success.

What is your favorite productivity hack?
Working in blocks; organizing your day by handling the same task on multiple files for a set amount of time.

In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?
Rapid and efficient of urgent matters in a high volume, and building a high level of client trust in my work and strategy.

What are the toughest challenges you’ve had at work?
Working in a system that was not built to utilize technology to optimize work productivity.

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
Start-up mentality while having leadership with long-standing experience in protecting Creditor’s Rights.

How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Just started with IDEA, but very excited to utilize my MBA and step into a leadership role in the Auto Replevin field and train others to efficiently hand a high volume of auto replevin cases.

What’s your secret talent no one knows about?
I can do a backflip.

Tell me something about you that most people don’t know. A recent book you read, a favorite pastime, ideal vacation, favorite food or binge-worthy shows?
Skiing is my life’s passion. Everything in my life revolves around skiing as much as I possibly can.
